Terms for using the Workpermitly OÜ service.

Scope of service
Workpermitly prepares and reviews work and residence permit documents and guides the process. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Prices
LTR Basic €249, Full Residence €749, Premium by individual agreement. VAT is added. State fees (riigilõiv) are not included — the client pays them directly to the Police and Border Guard Board (PPA).
Payment and start of work
After creating an account, the client purchases the service via Stripe checkout. Work on the service starts once the payment succeeds.
Client obligations
The client provides accurate and complete data and documents. False information may lead to rejection.
Two-month document deadline
If the client does not provide the documents and data we reasonably need within 2 months of payment, Workpermitly OÜ may keep the service fee and treat the service as fulfilled. We send weekly reminders during that period.
Power of attorney (DigiDoc/eIDAS)
Before filing with the PPA we request a power of attorney signed with a DigiDoc digital signature or another eIDAS-level signature. A signature drawn onto a PDF is not accepted.
Outcome
The permit decision is made by the Police and Border Guard Board. We cannot guarantee a positive decision or a processing time.
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days, except for services already performed with their consent.
Liability
We are liable for direct damage up to the value of the order.
Governing law
Estonian law applies; disputes are settled in Harju County Court.
