Terms for using the Workpermitly OÜ service.

Scope of service
Workpermitly prepares and reviews work and residence permit documents and guides the process. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Client obligations
The client provides accurate and complete data and documents. False information may lead to rejection.
Outcome
The permit decision is made by the Police and Border Guard Board. We cannot guarantee a positive decision or a processing time.
Prices and payment
Prices are published on the pricing page and exclude state fees and third-party costs (translations, notary). Payment is by invoice.
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days, except for services already performed with their consent.
Liability
We are liable for direct damage up to the value of the order.
Governing law
Estonian law applies; disputes are settled in Harju County Court.
